Acharya Patashala College of Commerce is one of the oldest and most reputed colleges of Bengaluru. It is a subsidiary of the famous ‘Acharya Patashala’ group of institutions, founded by Late. Sri. N Ananthacharya in the year 1935.APS Commerce College, formerly a part of the ‘A P S College of Arts, Commerce & Science’, became an independent entity in the year 1986 to provide professional Commerce & Management education to students from South Bangalore under the nomenclature Acharya Patashala College of Commerce. 

Our library having more than 25,000 Books, the college library collections has divided into several sections like Kannada, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Commerce, M.Com, BBA and reference sections. It has huge number of useful Encyclopaedia (World encyclopaedia, Britannica encyclopaedia), Dictionaries (Oxford, Webster’s, Subhas etc.), Thesaurus, Kannada Vishwa Kosha, Ghana Gangothri vishwa kosha and also Shreeman Mahabharata in Kannada.
