• Both Internals and the University Exams are conducted by the College Exam Committee
• 2 Internal Assessment per Semester will be scheduled.
• The schedule of the Internals will be in the format of the University Exams only, but with certain changes regarding the Duration of the test and Marks.
• Internal test papers will be set by the Subject teachers as allotted by the HODs in the department meeting.
• The Evaluation of the test papers will be within the said date as announced by the Exam Committee in consultation with the Principal.
• The evaluated test papers will be updated to the students by discussing the same in the class.
• Every Semester the IA Marks will be finalised based on the Assignment, Attendance and their performance in the Internal Test.
• The final IA marks will be displayed on the Notice board with the signature of the Principal and Exam Committee Convener.
• Any changes to be made should be with the permission of the Principal and the Subject Teacher for which the change is required.
• Internal Assessment Committee conducts parents meeting also to discuss the with parents about the marks scored and attendance status.
• The Final IA Marks is uploaded on the University Website on the date announced by the University.
• University will conduct 2 exams in a year Odd Semester Exam and Even Semester Exam.
• The Exam date and time table will be announced by the University well in advance.
• The University will also send the notification to the college regarding the payment of Exam Fees in advance.
• The Exam fees will be paid online on the University Portal and college will mediate the same.
• The students are hereby given the information to pay the fees within the due dates given by the university both with and without fine.
• Only those students who are Eligible will pay the exam fees.
• The Criteria for Eligibility to pay the exam fees are
• No dues in the college fees
• Required percentage of Attendance
• Submission of Assignments
• Internal Test Attendance
• Behaviour in the campus
• Principal is the final authority to confirm the Eligibility of the Students.
• Eligible students will pay the fees online
• Those students who have paid the fees will get the Hall Ticket from the University.
• On the days of the exam students to be present in the campus Half an hour before the schedule.
• They should come with the following
• Hall Ticket
• Id Cards
• Stationary required to write the exam
• There is no scope for Mal practices in the exam hall.
• Any report on the same will be taken on serious consideration.
• After the examination the results of the same will be announced by the university within a stipulated time after the evaluation of the answer scripts.
• Any discrepancies in the result will be bought to the notice of exam committee and will address the grievances by liasioning with the University.
• Revaluation can be applied by paying the fees prescribed by the University.
• Promotion of the students will be declared through the University Results.
